Tayside offers a complete Riding Academy experience for novice riders.
In addition to Riding Lessons on one of our trained schoolmasters, your instruction module includes:
Lessons are scheduled in one hour blocks with one of our friendly, experienced trainers.
Pricing: $100 per hour.

In addition to Riding Lessons on one of our trained schoolmasters, your instruction module includes:
- Grooming: learn how to safely catch, halter and tie up your horse; pick up and clean out your horse’s hoofs; brush his coat to make it shiny and dust-free; wash him off after a workout to remove sweat and make him feel comfortable.
- Tacking up: learn the parts of the bridle and saddle, and how to properly fit them on your horse
- Blanketing: learn how to blanket and unblanket your horse
- Horsemasters: develop all-round safe horse handling and riding skills
